is ann bean mansion haunted?

Nope.

is this a musty old mansion?

Absolutely not. Air quality matters now more than ever. Recently installed ultraviolet air filters ensure super-purified air (even against viruses).

are you locally owned?

Yes! We live here in Stillwater. We genuinely enjoy welcoming people and sharing this lovely home and beautiful little city. We love making breakfast (and coffee).

Do you offer in-room massage?

Because establishments offer custom tables, specialty aromatics, mood lighting, and massages-for-two, we recommend receiving services at their studio locations.

are the bedroom walls thin?

Guests marvel at how private our rooms feel—none of the bedroom walls are shared with other bedrooms, a nifty way to keep noise transfer to a minimum.

do you have nice beds?

Guests have given us great feedback on our luxury pillowtop mattresses, some saying best night of sleep ever.

do you use air fresheners?

Thankfully we don’t have to! Due to the extensive restoration of the mansion (including behind the walls), we don’t have to cover up anything musty/nasty. In general, we’re not fans of fake smells. For those who have sensitivities/allergies: we avoid strong scents, but other guests may wear their favorite colognes/perfumes (which can linger in common spaces).

Do you do anything for special occasions?

Most guests are here celebrating something, so your room was designed with comfort, relaxation, rejuvenation, and celebration in mind! We do offer some ‘special extras’ if you’d like to do something… extra special. You can find these options on the rooms page or when you check availability/book your stay.

what do you do with personal information?

Mostly nothing. If you provide your cell, we text you so you can text back while you’re here. We don’t share, sell, or otherwise nefariously use your information.

what’s your best rate?

Our best rate is published on our reservation calendar. It’s true! You don’t have to search multiple sites to find that answer (sorry to those of you who love the hunt). We don’t participate in online travel sites—we only use ReservationKey for secure online transactions—to ensure the best service & rates possible.

I’m Gluten- and Dairy-free. Can you make breakfast for me (and deliver)?
