check in / out

Check-in time is between 4:00-6:00 pm. We will notify you with same-day text if we can accommodate you earlier. Please notify us of arrivals after 6pm.  Check-out is 11:00 am. Thank you for understanding we are not able to accommodate late departures, as we need time to address maintenance and housekeeping.

children, pets & extra guests

Children: We we are unable to accommodate children and babies under 10.

Pets: We cannot accommodate guest pets.

All rooms are double occupancy. Exception: two of our rooms can accommodate a third person. If you’re reserving Cynthia’s Room or the Solarium Suite and need the twin bed made up for a third guest, please ensure you changed the occupancy to ‘3’ on your reservation. Arriving with a third (or car full) of additional guests unannounced may result in the forfeiture of your room.

Candles: Per fire marshal, candles (and incense) are not allowed.

Smoking: We are a smoke-free residence. Guests can smoke outdoors.

Cancellations

Eight day notice is required.  Canceling or rescheduling your reservation seven or fewer days prior to your reservation date means you are responsible for room(s) we cannot re-book at full rate. Please double check you have the right dates when you book, then feel free to double check your confirmation.
